T480 Overhaul - Finally finished modding my T480 to be a 'portable' powerhouse
Internal: i5 8350, 16GB RAM, 512GB NVME, Dual Heatpipe mod
Misc: New keyboard, X1 Glass Trackpad
External: EVGA 1050Ti with a custom backplate,
A 22Gbps eGPU card, connected with a 20CM PCIe16x ribbon cable, it runs off a 84w (12v 7a) barrel jack.
A 1TB SATA drive in a modified chasis (original chassis by fitec) which allows it to be mounted to the MLOK plate attached to the shell
USB C hub used for 100W power passthrough along with connecting the SSD and my mouse and keyboard's 2.4GHz dongles.
The stickers used are available: here, here, and here, sadly I can't link to the CERN sticker as I got it from a rep, the Mona sticker I got from a convention and I've lost the link to the cowboy bebop stickers /:
So far the GPU idles around 25C and peaks at ~45C, the cpu idles 40-50C and peaks at 70-85C but it needs repasted which will help.

Local Wired - Long overdue post but the server exists now! Its an optiplex w/ a quad core i7, 16GB of DDR4, 4 2TB SAS drives and some miscellaneous bits.
Its currently hosting minecraft servers on velocity, home assistant, pi hole, Lyrion for my squeezeboxes, a NAS and is setup w/ tailscale for remote access.
Local Wired - Building a home server with Unraid set up for parity to mimmick raid 5 with software. Current set up is 4 4TB SAS drives. Being used for data backup, squeezebox (Lyrion) server hosting, a minecraft server and eventually hosting this website.

Project Winchester - Nerf project combining 2 roughcuts with spring upgrades and a lever conversion with a slingshot stock and a chassis overhaul to build a quadbarrel shotgun, the custom parts are either 3D printed in PLA+ or cut with a dremel from 4mm mild steel, relevant photos below, minimum internal mods completed on roughcut 1 excepting the metal lever so far, will update.
